Temperature control in raw material storage systems and in production and industrial processes, as well as for food or of any kind, is essential to ensure the correct preservation of the product and high quality standards.

The variables to be considered are the type of product stored and the location of the relative tanks; by way of example, tanks positioned outdoors, therefore exposed to climatic variations, products that need specific and precise temperatures to maintain excellent organoleptic qualities, for their subsequent transformation, for fermentation.

One sector where temperature control significantly affects the chemical, biological and physical process of production is the oenological one, during the fermentation and maturation processes of the product.  The cooling/heating process must be scrupulously respected.

A tank temperature control system is a complex system, we can briefly describe it as an open vessel circuit composed of a storage lung, pumps managed by inverters to optimise the flow of cooling liquids in the various points to be cooled/heated, managed by motorised valves and temperature probes.
